NOVEMBER 2024 UPDATE, CANADA POST STRIKE:

We have switched carriers to ChitChats in light of the current Canada Post strike. Eventhough you will have the option to select Canada Post for shipping at checkout, they will be shipped with ChitChats, we are just using Canada Post to calculate the shipping rates.  
Delays in delivery times might occur due to alternative carriers likely being overwhelmed from everyone making the switch on top of the busy holiday season. Your patience and support is greatly appreciated!

Unfortunately we cannot ship to PO boxes at the moment as Canada Post is the only one who delivers to PO boxes, please support us after the strike has ended instead.

Shipping is currently not available to EU/UK customers. If you're from the EU/UK, please shop through our Etsy store for now until we figure some things out!

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

NOVEMBER 2024 PROCESSING TIMES:
Orders currently take 5-7 business days to be fulfilled!

Individual delivery times differ based on location and type of shipping service selected at checkout.

Delivery time estimates are currently as follows:
Canada: 2-5 business days
USA: 4-9 business days
International: 5-21 business days

These are just estimates and delays can occasionally occur especially during the busy holiday season. We highly recommend placing gift orders as soon as possible so that they may arrive in time!

 

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once it has been shipped. It can sometimes take awhile for your tracking number to update and get moving so please be patient!

For stickers and patches, there is the option to select regular mail for delivery if the total cart is under a certain weight. This is a more affordable option but it does not come with tracking. We cannot guarantee delivery & delivery times for these packages. If you would like to ensure delivery, please select the tracked option at checkout instead.*

*Due to the current Canada Post strike we are no longer offering regular mail/lettermail as an option within Canada at the moment, all orders will come with tracking through ChitChats. We are also currently unable to ship to PO Boxes in Canada.

All Canadian orders have been switched to a flat rate of $8 for shipping.

 

My order did not arrive within the estimated timeframe and seems lost, what do I do?

If you notice that your package hasn't moved in days and seems stuck, please contact your local post office with your tracking information to see if they can provide any updates. 

If nothing prevails, please contact us and we'll see if we can help! Lost packages are dealt with by a case by case basis.

We would like to emphasize that we are not responsible or in control of the postal services and delays or lost packages can happen sometimes. We ask for your patience as we try our best to help.

Once a package is marked as delivered we cannot replace a lost package as there is no way to verify it is lost. If your order was already shipped to a wrong address that was given, you will have to place a new order with the new address.

The items I ordered were broken or damaged in post, what do I do?

Please contact us as soon as possible and we will see what we can do! Email us with your order number at hello@grrrlspells.com.
