HELLO ALLIES! Would you like to support a trans & queer BIPOC owned business and help spread trans joy to the trans community at the same time? You can now do so by sending our trans gift box, filled with trans themed apparel, art, & accessories designed by us, to a trans person you love!
This listing is specifically for those who know the trans person they would like to send this gift box to and has their name and address available. If you would like to send this gift box to a random recipient, please use this listing instead.
Please note that the address you enter at checkout is where your entire cart will be sent. If you are purchasing something for yourself and intend to send this gift box to someone else, please place 2 separate orders so that you can enter a separate address. You can of course also enter your own address if you would like to receive one for yourself or to gift to someone in person!

Each gift box contains:
- 1 Trans futures tee (sizes S-2XL & 2X)
- 1 random trans themed pin
- 1 random trans themed patch
- 1 random trans themed art print or zine
- 1 random sticker
- A gift message
Value: $65 CAD / $47 USD
The items will be shipped in a plain white box with a shipping label affixed on top, there will be no other branding/imagery on the box in order to be more discreet, however it will say From: GRRRL Spells on the shipping label as it's mandatory.
**Please feel free to add a gift message with some words of affirmation or love to trans folks in your order notes, and we will include it in the gift box to your recipient!

About the Trans Futures shirt:
Target reached out to us to design items for their 2024 Pride collection. We had designed 15 items, however just months before they were due to be released, it got axed down to 4 items. These 4 items were fully manufactured by them, but just weeks before release Target decided to chicken out and no longer sell them in stores eventhough the products were already made by them due to fear of conservative backlash. One product ended up being sold in their online store only, and the other 3 were cut from sale completely.
Thankfully, we were able to save units of 2 out of the 3 products otherwise they would have been literally destroyed, and they sent us the units so we could sell them ourselves.
The Trans Futures shirt was one of them, and it was honestly depressing that something that was proudly trans and originally meant to be sold in hundreds of Target stores across the US ended up being cancelled due to fear. We were excited for our designs to become more easily accessible with the Pride collection and for the exposure we could have gotten, however it ended up being entirely on us to sell and market them ourselves.
We’re hoping that the trans gift box can be a great way to bridge the gap of the accessibility of our products that we originally wanted with the Target collection, but that can only be achieved with your help by spreading the word about this especially to allies!
